Cancellation Policy
Due to the waitlist of my schedule, all no call/no shows will be charged 100% of the service. Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled service time will be charged 60% of the service cost. In the case you are late to your appointment by 15 minutes or more you will be denied service and the 60% fee will be charged.
Appointment deposits are non-refundable and required in order to hold your scheduled appointment date and time.
All class payments are due in full one week prior to class start date. Class payments and deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. No exceptions.
